Time Fashion offers 3-5 days standard shipping via USPS across USA. For expedite shipping customer may reach out to us. We may offer expedite shipping with additional cost on customer. But no mater what it takes, we are here to help.
All returns must be sent out at customer’s cost within seven(7) days of the purchase date. There will be a restocking fee(min $8) to cover the initial shipping cost. If we receive the returned item after ten(10) days of the purchase date, you will receive store credit for the 50% of the purchase amount. After fourteenth(14) days of purchase date, there will be no return, refund, exchange or store credits.
Item purchased from clearance considered to be final and is not eligible to return.
Item that was altered or custom designed as per customer preference can’t be returned. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging, tags and labels are attached.
To return an item, please request for refund from your account in our website. After reviewing your request we will confirm you about the return and refund process. Once agreed we will share shipping label with you but keep in mind that you have to pay for the return shipping. If the item is unworn, hang tag, price tag are intact and product return with the original packaging, your refund will be approved. Please mail your product to the following address.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please be informed, following items can’t be returned.
- Item labeled as Final Sale either labeled on picture, product description or conveyed by any other means.
- Item sold on clearance can’t be returned.
